Registration Cancellation Policy
If the written notification of cancellation is received before the early registration deadline, 50% of the paid registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 27 August 2021. Refund requests will be processed after the Event only.
Credit will not be given for unattended events or early termination of attendance.

The Letter of Invitation does not financially obligate the organisers or any of their related partners in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the Event are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
Methods of Payment
2.4.1 Credit card (Visa, Master/Eurocard, and American Express): Attendees should complete the relevant section of the registration form.
2.4.2 Bank transfer: Payment is only possible until 20 August 2021 and should be made in EUR to:

Please note that all bank transfer costs must be prepaid by the transmitter. Incomplete or partial payments will not be accepted.
Payments by bank transfer are only possible until 20 August 2021. Late payments do not constitute a claim to participation in the congress. In these cases, a remittance will be made to the bank account indicated. The organisers reserve the right to charge a processing fee of 10 EUR.
Cheques will not be accepted.
Registration Confirmation
The online registration can be completed by clicking the button “register and pay” which can be found at the end of the form.
Should one deadline be missed, the next applicable fee will be charged automatically. The registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment in full.
Please bring this Registration Confirmation to the congress and go directly to the Badge Printing Terminals. The QR code on your Registration Confirmation will allow you to print your name badge at these terminals.
Registration for Accepted Abstract Presenters
Notifications of acceptance will be sent in April 2021.

Visa Requirements
If a visa application is unsuccessful, but was applied for in due time, the registration fee, minus a handling fee of 50 EUR can be refunded. To receive the refund, the official proof from the embassy confirming that a visa could not be granted, must be sent to the Registration Department no later than two weeks after the Event (18 September 2021).
