Programme
ESSKA is becoming more eco-friendly. Onsite, the Speciality Days Programmes will be available on the conference app. A printed programme wall is also available next to the exhibition entrance.

Presentation of ePosters
ePosters will be displayed on 4 different ePosters stations in front of the exhibition hall, on level WH1.
On-demande content
After the event, all content will be available on the ESSKA Academy for the delegates who attended the event.
Simultaneous Interpretation
There won’t be a simultaneous interpretation; the meeting will be in English.

Accreditation & Certificate of Attendance
We are glad to announce that the ESSKA Speciality Days has been awarded with 12 CME Credits.
To be able to claim your credits, you will be required to scan your name badge once a day at the scanning station beside the registration desks. You will be requested to respond to the post-event survey that will be sent to you after the event to have access to your certificates.
Every participant is responsible to have their name badge scanned.

Catering & Coffee
The coffee breaks and the lunch on Friday, as well as the morning coffee break on Saturday are included in your registration fees.
Charging station
Delegates can charge their devices at the charging station located in the exhibition area.
Lost and Found
If you find something, please bring it to one of the conference staff members.
If you lose something, all lost items will be brought to the hotel check-in desk.

Most grocery stores in Warsaw are open from early morning (around 7 or 8 AM) until late evening (around 9 or 10 PM). Some larger supermarkets may stay open 24 hours a day, especially in busy areas or near transportation hubs.
Shopping Malls in Warsaw typically open around 9 or 10 AM and close around 9 or 10 PM from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays, most stores in malls open later, around 10 or 11 AM, and close earlier, around 7 or 8 PM.
Banks in Warsaw usually have shorter operating hours than shops and may close around 4 or 5 PM on weekdays. Some banks may offer extended hours on certain days or have branches with different opening hours.
Pharmacies in Warsaw often have extended hours. Many operate 24 hours a day, while others may close late in the evening.
